- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
Park Pet Hospital is now proud to offer walk-in care for pets in Lethbridge and surrounding communities.
Walk-in appointments provide same day or same week veterinary care for non-emergency illness and injuries for cats and dogs. This service is available to both clients and non-clients during our regular business hours.
That said, if you would prefer to make an appointment ahead of time please feel free to call us.
If your pet requires emergency care during our regular business hours, please contact us immediately.
- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We understand schedules may change; however, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We provide veterinary care for cats, dogs and rabbits in Lethbridge.
- Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
We have an in-house pharmacy for all your pet's medication needs. We are also a proud provider of many prescription diets to meet your pet's dietary needs.
- What are the fees associated with an appointment?
You are financially responsible for the examination fee and diagnostics or treatment that you consent to. This payment will be due at the time of service.
For further diagnostics, hospitalization or surgery, an upfront deposit is required, with payment due in full upon discharge of your pet.
- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
For all emergency examinations, our team members will provide you with an initial estimate. Upon our veterinarian assessment, a treatment plan will be developed which may contain further diagnostics and treatment options.
